  • Free Time.

Running, walking, hiking, biking, lifting, swimming, stretching, infared sauna, snowboarding, skinning, watching college football, listening to music, reading current events, learning, sharing conversation, and attempting to find humor and joy wherever possible! I’ve also recently enjoyed “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Columbo”. What fun!

  • Brief Thoughts.

When I built this website, a dear friend encouraged me to share a little bit about myself with you. Other respected friends encouraged me to remove my failures from this space, but I want to leave them here. My failures, as much as my successes, make me who I am. I believe we are all bestsellers and every one of us has a life story that makes us who we are today. These things I share here simply make me human. That’s it.

  • Your Turn!

Today is your day. I hope you know that you have the power to change your life in big and small ways. You have the ability to reach your goals. You have the opportunity to help others along their journeys, too. I hope you do! Reach out if you’d like to explore our collaborative potential. The first meetings are always free. Be well!
